Prior To Travelling
Prepare a checklist for your travel. First of all, know about your destination. Some countries allow people with a passport and Visa on arriving there, they would provide you with on-arrival Visa. So, check whether the destination needs a visa?

Check the currency value there, as per the current situation? This could help you to keep a check on your purchases. Keep track of the time difference between your country and your destination. You could obtain all these information from the Embassy of the country or your travel agency. See if you need to register your details with your foreign ministry especially if the destination is at risk.

Visa Details
As discussed early, understand the visa requirements for your destination. If Visa is required, fill out the application form with necessary documents and submit it to the embassy directly or through the travel agency. If you are traveling through business visa, remember the expiry date. If you want to stay there more than the said date, apply for the extension. This might require work permit letters from your company and other related documents.

Health Requirements
Understand the health requirements for the destinations. Some countries ask for a medical clearance document while applying for the visa. Countries like India, the people from Africa, were allowed only with Ebola medical condition clearance. This is important if you have an infectious disease that could spread easily. Consult your doctor if you are traveling for an extended period.
