To reserve your trip
Reservations are necessary for all of our trips. Our groups are small and trips tend to fill up quickly. To register, complete our Registration Form (PDF) and return by fax, mail or email. A deposit is required to hold your reservation. We accept MasterCard, VISA, certified cheques and money orders. Late registrations will be considered subject to availability.

Deposits and payments
All trips require a minimum deposit of 25% of the price of the trip. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the trip departure date. Day excursions must be paid in full upon booking. Upon receipt of your deposit/payment, a complete information package will be sent.

Cancellation policy
Full refund (less deposit) up to 30 days prior to the start of the trip. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of the trip date unless a suitable replacement can be found. Eco-Explorations reserves the right to cancel trips with 14 days prior notice if participation is less than 50%. In such cases we will attempt to accommodate you on another trip or a full refund will be given. If a trip is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, a full refund will be given.

Liability
In the view of the element of risk involved in any adventure activity, we recommend that participants obtain whatever insurance they feel is appropriate for the circumstances. Prior to participating in any trip, guests will be required to sign a standard liability release. Parents or guardians are responsible for those under the age of 19. Eco-Explorations assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of personal equipment.
